The Last Days Part 3

Families have changed over the last few years,

the breakdown of families has caused many tears.

Alcohol, drugs, gossip and greed tear away at trust,

families are torn apart and left with disgust.

A heavily medicated society tries to cope,

in a world that is cold.....the only thing left is hope.

Trust and bonds are broken at the drop of a hat,

a separated society hooked on a technological habitat.

Global warming caused hurricanes in Florida last year,

this destructive weather we are having leaves us in fear.

Records are being broken all the time, with the weather now,

how many broken records will God allow.

The demons are playing their tricks on humankind,

there is no more safe places that we can find.

So we must be thankful for our protection from God,

and watch and remember these times that are odd.

We have seen a tsunami in Asia and a big quake,

the constant disasters that tell us it is time to awake.

Hurricane Katrina, Rita, and Stan took lives and oil,

it destroyed the material things of human’s toil.

We can’t take oil from the Earth, that lubricates the fault lines,

and expect to not see more earthquakes as the reaction signs.

We can not use that oil to pollute the skies and thin out the Ozone,

as the earthquakes and global warming have shown.

Our pollution is a byproduct of greed’s destructive way,

if money versus God, which one will stay?

The Earth’s resources are depleted to appease the money god,

and these catastrophes are what happens when we live life so odd.

Everything we do to the Earth we do to ourselves too,

God wants for us to learn about what we should not do.

Everything that happens here is a learning experience to our soul,

we have learned from our actions, who should be in control.

God has lifted up his protection, from the damage we have done,

while we have put most of our time on money, who have we shun.

The material things can come and go like a light that flickers in the night,

but we must put our time and energy into our spiritual life and his light.

I am hearing the word "unprecedented" all the time,

we will continue to have these disasters to the very last chime.

As the bird flu approaches and terror alerts increase,

my love for God, Jesus, angels and loved ones will not cease.

These disasters will take away our materialism crutch,

and many people are beginning to lose so much.

What do you have when everything you own is gone?,

and you realize that you can’t live by these things alone.

But fear not, for these disasters can’t take your soul,

this is the only thing that we can control.

Your soul is permanent while everything else is not,

everything you need is inside you and can’t be forgot.

We are learning why the human race needs help from above,

in a world that has turned cold we should look to Heaven for love.

As our human loved ones let us down in this time of need,

we should pray to our father and our faith will grow like a seed.

The labor pains continue as we head for a new life,

we await a new world that won’t contain any strife.

In a time of difficult change, we must have hope,

and pray to God, so that we can continue to cope.

Celebrate

We are approaching the dawn of a new age,

one without hunger, pain, problems, or rage.

Now is the time for us to start to celebrate,

this is the time to receive God’s fate.

Jesus is coming back to establish the new Earth,

one that is filled with happiness and mirth.

This is what we have been hoping for,

we won’t have to suffer anymore.

Jesus is going to clean house when he gets here,

there is nothing going on right now to fear.

The labor pains have grown stronger towards the end,

but this world will survive and mend.

This world will return to where it was, before the first sin,

we know that during this time, God will soon win.

God protects us now as we approach this time,

he has sent the angels to help us until the last chime.

We await for the rapture to leave this place,

we will leave this particular time and space.

We will fly away as beautiful butterflies in space,

we will remember what we learned in this place.

We were once caterpillars that crawled upon this Earth,

and now we prepare in our protective cocoon for our rebirth.

We have learned so much from our time spent here,

but now it is almost time for us to leave this sphere.

So now is the time for us to rejoice and to celebrate,

God will win and take back over this world, our God is great.

Jesus will serve God, in taking control of this new place,

we will watch as the king enters this world from space.
